Shipping and Return Policy

Each item ordered is printed to order. This means handling time not only includes picking the blank item from the shelves but printing time as well. We do our best to minimize the handling time, however, to be on the safe side allow 2-5 business days from the time of order Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (MST) for shipping. For orders placed after 12:00 Noon on Friday, add an additional 2 days to the handling time.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
For orders shipped from Asian warehouse facilities, we use ChinaPost or ePacket for shipping to the United States. Once the item clears it is transferred to one of the following carriers at our discretion.
In order to stay competitive, we ship a small percentage of our items from Chinese warehouses. There are two things you should be aware of when ordering from us when it comes to delivery time from Asia:
  • Added to the handling time, the in-transit time can sometimes be longer than one might be used to. Depending on the shipper the time spent in transit could be as little as seven days to as long as thirty-eight days (7-38 days). Whenever possible, we tend to select ePacket because it generally has a shorter in-transit time than other carriers.
  • Shipping from China is problematic during the four weeks prior to and after the Chinese New Year (CNY). That is an eight-week period. We will accept orders up to three weeks before the CNY because they have a better than fair chance of being in-transit before the warehouses shut down two weeks before the CNY and will not reopen until two weeks after the CNY. Our policy is to not accept orders from Chinese Warehouses until three-weeks after the CNY when the backlog of orders from the 30 days of closure has been mostly fulfilled.
When our supplier is in the United States none of these issues are present. Many suppliers will ship same day or at the very least next business day. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS first class package mail. Depending on location the in-transit time is anywhere from two to four days.
When orders are shipped from Asia, we will make the longer shipping time clear on the product page as well as through emails sent to you tracking the progress of your item. In all cases, when a tracking number is available, we will send that number to you so you may track the package yourself if you desire.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY IS THAT IT IS ALWAYS FREE TO YOU, the customer on your initial order. We do not provide for alternative shipping at this time. We may, however, do so in the future. Shipping for returns or exchanges is your responsibility in both directions.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IS FREE TO THE BUYER. Shipping on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will never be charged for additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

  1. Initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery to you with your order number and the email address used to create the order.
  2. We will review the request and approve or deny your request within 2 business days from the time of the request.
  3. When approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label you must use to receive your refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges in most cases (there are exceptions) and the actual cost of shipping will therefore be deducted from your refund.
  4. The refund will not be sent to you until the item(s) are received. Once released, the refund will show up as a credit to the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Reasons for Requesting a Return
  1. The item was broken on arrival.
  2. The item is not the item you ordered.
  3. You are unhappy with the purchase.
  4. The item is not the size you ordered (we shipped the wrong size not that the size doesn't fit.) We provide size charts where applicable in imperial or metric measurements supplied to us by the manufacturer. Please, consult them before you order.
  5. Conditions:
    1. Our error…we shipped the wrong item or size---FULL REFUND
    2. Broken or damaged item---FULL REFUND
    3. Wrong size ordered---Full refund less shipping costs
    4. You are unhappy---Full refund less shipping costs
    5. Lost parcel (Tracking indicates non-delivery)---FULL REFUND
    6. Lost parcel (Tracking indicates delivered) Ineligible for a refund
    7. Clothing Worn/Washed---Full refund less Shipping Charges
    8. Clearance Items---Ineligible for a refund
  6. In some instances, we will not require you to return an item in order to qualify for a refund. This decision is handled on a case by case basis. If your return qualifies as a keep and exchange, we will simply send you a new item. If it qualifies for a refund, we will credit your account upon approval.
  7. If you have another reason for requesting a return and refund not specifically stated in this policy, or if you disagree with an ineligible ruling and wish to make an appeal, you may do so by sending an email laying out your case. We will review your request and make a formal decision within 3 business days of your request for a review. Please be thorough in your request, providing us with as much information as possible so we can come to a clear decision. Include a picture of the item that highlights the issues you want us to consider.

Shipping Costs
Unless your return qualifies for a FULL REFUND, refunds are issued as the full purchase price less the cost of the return shipping. We provide the shipping labels in all cases. Failure to use our shipping label will cause you to become ineligible for a refund.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping cost.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a shipping cost fee in this case.
